Ok now that we have that out of the way there are a few things I want you to consider before you continue. First and foremost you must be aware of the "dark side" of modeling. There are long hours, dishonest people, and a million of other pure evils in this industry which are just waiting to eat a family alive. The hours can be brutal and it is hard work. Here are a few things I want you to consider before clicking on any of this links on this page.
1. Take a look at your photo album. Does your child seam to have good expression? Does he/she seam to set the moment with their eyes? The face of a human can tell a story better thank a million words.
2. Does your child love the camera? Now that may sound like a loaded question but I would have to say it is one of the most important ones. You have to be dedicated to this business if you half way it, it can eat you alive from the inside. Make sure that they are not doing this just to make Mommy and Daddy happy. It can take hours just to get decent photo and that means hot lights, locations, and time away from friends.
3. I stated this before and I want to state this again. I do not encourage or take part in any nudes or "artistic nudes" or anything even close to be considering nude so this does not pertain to that. However you must consider things that may come up in a modeling career. For instants A company wants to use your child for upcoming magazine ad campaign. Now here is the strange part they want little Timmy to dress up in winter clothes and pose around a campfire. Now keep in mind this shoot could take all day, oh did I mention it's the middle of July? Now this is a stretch but it could happen. Is Timmy ready to dedicate himself to this extreme? Are you willing to dedicate yourself to this extreme? Consider your answer carefully.
4. Timmy/Sally aren't the only one breaking in to the business, you are to. I personally will not even take my camera out of the case unless at least one of the parents are within reaching distance. That means when Timmy is on that hot set for 7 hours so are you. You must be willing to travel everywhere and stand by your child in every step of the process. Take this into consideration as well.
5. If you feel that this is right for you and little Timmy/Sally then you have came to the right place to get your start. Keep in mind I am not an agent, nor do I have any contact with any companies that can improve your child's chances at become successful.
